Do’s for the Mortgage Business –

1. Keep originals or be able to access your employer/ bank sites all pay- stubs, bank statements
2. Provide your Ernest Money Deposit from your own personal bank account or acceptable gift funds.
3. Provide all documentation for the sale of your current home – sales contract, closing statement, employer / buy- out program
4. Gift funds – we need to know who they are coming from and get gift funds paperwork approved
5. Be careful about employment changes… you can’t quit or move in this process…. That will mess up the confirmation of your work etc… just let me
know in advance and we can get the new job confirmed –
